The file format for the Insurance certificates is PDF. This necessitates having an application or browser plugin (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) installed on your system that reads PDF files .
You can obtain the Acrobat Reader by going to the Adobe website:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat
Scroll down on this page and click on the Download for Adobe Reader 9.
You then need to install the Reader by executing the downloaded file.
