Washington Park Condominiums is composed of 157 units in 13 buildings.   The property is boarded on three sides by the Shawsheen River and Route 28 (Main Street) that runs in a north/south direction.  The community is composed of people from many different backgrounds and interests.  This web site is intended to be a resource for owners, investors, residents and potential buyers.  It is hoped that all pertinent information such as condo documents, Board of Trustees contact information, meeting minutes, insurance information, recommended vendors, maintenance reports, committee reports, etc. will be accessible through this web site.   Please feel free to contact any one of the Trustees with your ideas, comments and concerns.  With all of us working together, the Washington Park Condominium community will be a model for others to follow.
