Please be aware that the Trustees have decided to install cameras in the lobby of Building 247 to help identify those responsible for the damages.  It is important to understand that when funds are used to repair internal building damages, it reduces the resources available for other necessary projects throughout the community. We also want to remind everyone that damage to common areas is a fineable offense, with a penalty of $500 plus the cost of repairs.  Children should not be left unattended and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
